Notice of Public Hearing
Under Section 17.12.100, Title 17, Zoning, of the Salisbury Municipal Code, the following requests have been filed for relief on properties in the City of Salisbury, and,
PUBLIC HEARINGS WILL BE HELD ON
THURSDAY, JUNE 4, 2026
in Room 301, Council Chambers, Third Floor, Government Office Building, Route 50 and North Division Street, Salisbury, Maryland, to hear proponents and opponents, if there be any. The public meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m.
Octavio Perez Ramirez, in accordance with the requirements of Sections 17.156.060B, 17.04.180E and 17.236.020 of the Salisbury Municipal Code, requests variances from the setback requirements to construct a new two-story house on a corner lot at 900 Hanson St. Board approval of a 16-foot front yard setback variance on Monticello Ave, and a 13.4-foot front yard setback variance along Hanson St is requested.
The Board reserves the right to close a part of this meeting as authorized by Section 10-508(a) of the Maryland Annotated Code.
