Edgar and Amy H. Edgar, legal owners of the property located along Hollow Horn Road in Tinicum Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania identified as Bucks County Tax Map Parcel No. 44-014-087. The Property is located in the RA-Residential Agricultural District. The Applicants seek a variance from the 200 foot set back required by §395-706-A5 of the Tinicum Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of a stable with a setback of 60 feet from the property line shared with Tax Map Parcel No. 44-014-087-002.
