NOTICE
BRISTOL TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD
Notice is hereby given that the Bristol Township Zoning Board will hold their regular meeting on Monday evening, June 8, 2026, at 7:00 pm at the Bristol Township Municipal Building, 2501 Bath Road, Bristol PA 19007, to consider the following:
1. Stephen Buckreis, 35 Daffodil Ln, Levittown (Tax Parcel #05-042-248) is requesting a variance from Chapter 205-29.D. (impervious surface) to allow an impervious surface of 46.33% where 35% is the maximum otherwise allowed to permit a shed at the above noted location in an R-2 Residential zoned district.
2. Jennifer Rifkin, 434 Stanford Rd, Fairless Hills (Tax Parcel #05-002-034) is requesting a variance from Chapter 205-26.D. (impervious surface) to allow construction of roof over existing patio at the above noted location in an R-2 Residential zoned district.
3. Archdiocese of Philadelphia, 222 N 17th St, Philadelphia is requesting a variance from Chapter 205-23.D. (impervious surface) to allow construction of a new gym on the property located at 611 Wistar Rd, Fairless Hills (Tax Parcel #05-035-225) in an R-1 Residential zoned district.
4. John Teelan, 56 Orangewood Dr, Levittown (Tax Parcel #05-042-001) is requesting a variance from Chapter 205-29.D. (impervious surface) to allow an impervious surface coverage ratio of 59.87% where 52.13% is existing and 40% is the maximum otherwise allowed to permit widening driveway, repairing and replacing the sidewalk and driveway apron, installing additional walkway to the front door and around the home at the above noted location in an R-3 Residential zoned district.
5. Corey Lettieri, 714 River Rd, Croydon is requesting variances from Chapter 205-29.E.(1). (setback) to allow a front yard setback of 5.6 ft. where 25 ft. is required, Chapter 205-29.E.(3). (setback) to allow a rear yard setback of 0 ft. where 20 ft. is otherwise required, Chapter 205-29.C. (building coverage) to allow a building coverage of 34.86% where 30% is the maximum allowed and Chapter 205-29.D. (impervious surface) to allow an impervious surface coverage of 49.61% where 40% is the maximum otherwise permitted to permit construction of a new single-family dwelling on the property located at 1100 Jangood Pl, Bristol (Tax Parcel #05-065-125) in an R-3 Residential zoned district.
6. Trinetra Realty Holdings PA LP, P.O. Box 2218, Princeton is requesting a variance from Chapter 205-165.A.(1)(b) (height) to allow a height of 19 ft, where 12 ft is the maximum height to permit a new pylon sign on the property located at 7012 New Falls Rd, Levittown (Tax Parcel #05-034-133) in a C-Commercial zoned district.
