DOCUMENT 00 11 13 – NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE TO BIDDERS ADDITIONS AND RENOVATIONS TO ALLEN MIDDLE SCHOOL 4225 GETTYSBURG ROAD CAMP HILL, PA 17011 SEALED PROPOSALS will be received at the West Shore School District Board Room at 507 Fishing Creek Road, New Cumberland, PA 17070, for the Additions and Renovations to Allen Middle School. Bids will be received until 2:00 P.M., local time, on 30 June 2026. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at that time. Prime Base Bids will be received for the following: Base Bid A – General Construction Work. Base Bid B – Plumbing Work. Base Bid C – Mechanical Work (HVAC). Base Bid D – Electrical Work. Base Bid E – Civil Work. Copies of bidding documents may be obtained from the Architect, RLPS, LLP, 250 Valleybrook Drive, Lancaster, Pennsylvania 17601, telephone (717) 560-9501, on or after 4:00 P.M., 19 May 2026. Digital bidding documents in PDF format can be obtained at no charge by submitting a request via the "Request Bid Documents" portion of the Architect's website: The only source for bidding documents and addenda is from the Architect. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference shall be held on 9 June 2026 at 2:00 P.M., local time, at Allen Middle School, 4225 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011. Bid security in the amount of 10% of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. The successful bidder must furnish to the School District a Performance Bond and a separate Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the bid, as required by the "Public Works Contractors' Bond Law of 1967" and in a form acceptable to Owner. This project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, Act No. 442 as amended. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date established for the receipt of bids. No cash allowances are included in the project.
