REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT-DISASTER RECOVERY (CDBG-DR) PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Liberty County has been awarded CDBG-DR funding to support disaster recovery, mitigation, and resiliency projects resulting from qualifying 2023 and/or 2024 storm events. Program Management Services are requested for the administration of the Bristol Boat Ramp Improvement Project.
Grant administration services shall include, but are not limited to, reviewing and developing necessary policies and procedures, conducting environmental review(s), coordinating with Florida Commerce, developing and administering contract(s), tracking and managing program funds in compliance with program guidelines, fair housing activities, and providing reports and technical assistance.
Please submit all proposals by 4:00 pm EST on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at which time will be publicly opened. Submittals may also be mailed, or hand delivered to the following address:

Liberty County reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids with or without cause, and to award the bid that it determines to be in the best interest of Liberty County, Florida.
