CITY OF LEBANON, INDIANA REQUEST FOR INFORMATION The City of Lebanon, Indiana (“City”) issues this Request for Information (“RFI”) seeking information from developers and operators with experience in designing, developing, constructing, and/or operating an industry-specific, hands-on training and learning facility to serve the needs of industry partners in the LEAP District of the City (the “Project”).
