PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
BELLINGHAM ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40A, Section 11, the Bellingham Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at 7:00 pm at the Arcand Meeting Room at the Denis C. Fraine Municipal Center for the following application:
Courtney Frost (owners, applicants) of 18 Kennedy Road, seek a Special Permit in accordance with M.G. L. Ch. 40 A Section 6 of the Bellingham Zoning By-Law to construct a new front farmers porch and rear addition to a pre-existing non-conforming structure and to obtain any additional zoning permits as may be determined necessary during the public hearing for the work shown on the submitted plans by Jarvis Land Survey, Inc dated April 6, 2026 showing the proposed addition on the property located at 18 Kennedy Road, Assessor’s Map-Block-Parcel 50- and located in the Residential zoning district.
