REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR Long-Range Capital Plan & Fixed Asset Assessment   The Cape Cod Regional Technical High School District, hereafter referred to as the “Awarding Authority,” invites sealed proposals from qualified consulting firms to develop a comprehensive 20-Year Long-Range Capital Plan and a Fixed Asset Inventory/Assessment.   Specifications and proposal forms may be obtained on or after May 21, 2026, beginning at 8:00 a.m., from the Cape Cod Tech website, in person, or through email to bmontiero@capetech.us in the Business Office: Cape Cod Regional Technical H.S. Price proposals will be opened publicly at 2:00 p.m. in the Business Office at the address shown above.   The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities in proposals submitted and to accept any proposal or part thereof, and to reject any and all proposals, or any part of any proposal, if it is in the interest of the Cape Cod Regional Technical H.S. District to do so.   A contract is expected to be awarded within 30 workdays of the public recording.   The Cape Cod Regional Technical H.S.
