2026-27 TREE REMOVAL SERVICES – IFB26-3038
INVITATION TO BID
The Town of Concord, acting through the Town Manager’s Office, will receive electronic bids via ProjectDog for IFB 26-3038 TREE REMOVAL SERVICES until 2:30 PM on Wednesday, June 10th, 2026, at which time they shall be opened publicly and read aloud. Tree service items may include tree removal, tree pruning, crane service, emergency storm response, log removal, and stump grinding.
This project is being Electronically Bid (E-Bid). All bids shall be submitted online at www.Projectdog.com. Hard copy bids will not be accepted by the Awarding Authority. Bid forms and contract documents are available online at www.Projectdog.com beginning Thursday May 21st, 2026. Enter Project Code 874902 in the project locator box and select “Acquire Documents” to download documents. All plan holders must have an active online account on www.Projectdog.com. to acquire documents, receive project notifications, and to submit bids electronically.
A bid deposit in the form of a bid bond shall accompany the bids. The bid bond shall be (1) in a form satisfactory to the Town, (2) with a surety company qualified to do business in the Commonwealth and satisfactory to the Town and (3) conditioned upon the faithful performance by the principal of the agreements contained in the bid. The amount of the bid deposit shall be at least equal to 5% of the total amount of the bid.
Prevailing Wage Rates as determined by the Division of Occupational Safety under the provisions of M.G.L Chapter 149, Sections 26 and 27D, as amended, apply to this bid. It is the responsibility of the contractor to obtain, as necessary, any pertinent information on Prevailing Wages for workers employed for the proposed work under this contract.
The Town of Concord reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality and to make the award as may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
