IFB 26-3038 LEGAL NOTICE CONCORD PUBLIC WORKS HIGHWAY AND GROUNDS DIVISION 133 KEYES RD CONCORD, MA 01742   2026-27 TREE REMOVAL SERVICES – IFB26-3038 INVITATION TO BID   The Town of Concord, acting through the Town Manager’s Office, will receive electronic bids via ProjectDog for IFB 26-3038 TREE REMOVAL SERVICES until 2:30 PM on Wednesday, June 10th, 2026, at which time they shall be opened publicly and read aloud. Tree service items may include tree removal, tree pruning, crane service, emergency storm response, log removal, and stump grinding.   This project is being Electronically Bid (E-Bid). The bid bond shall be (1) in a form satisfactory to the Town, (2) with a surety company qualified to do business in the Commonwealth and satisfactory to the Town and (3) conditioned upon the faithful performance by the principal of the agreements contained in the bid. The amount of the bid deposit shall be at least equal to 5% of the total amount of the bid.   Prevailing Wage Rates as determined by the Division of Occupational Safety under the provisions of M.G.L Chapter 149, Sections 26 and 27D, as amended, apply to this bid.
