And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: ONE HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SIXTY TWO DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($140,262.50) DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
