By virtue of and in obedience to a directed to me by the Honorable ASCENSION 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: Monday, March 9, 2026, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at Governmental Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, LA 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, JULY 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM, to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
ONE (1) CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF GROUND, TOGETHER WITH ALL THE BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATED IN SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 8 SOUTH, RANGE 3 EAST, PARISH OF ASCENSION, STATE OF LOUISIANA, IN THAT SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS CHARLES D. MARTIN SUBDIVISION, AND BEING DESIGNATED IN THE OFFICIAL PLAN OF SAID SUBDIVISION, ON FILE AND OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK AND RECORDER OF SAID PARISH AND STATE [INST #102829] AS LOT THREE (3), SAID SUBDIVISION, SAID LOT MEASURES 91.75 FEET FRONT ON AL DRIVE BY A DEPTH BETWEEN EQUAL AND PARALLEL LINES OF 219.26 FEET, AND HAVING A REAR MEASUREMENT OF 91.80 FEET, AND BEING SUBJECT TO THOSE SERVITUDES, SETBACK LINES, AND DEDICATIONS AS MORE FULLY SHOWN ON SAID MAP, INCLUDING 15' SERVITUDE ALONG THE NORTH (REAR) LINE AND 7.5' SERVITUDE ALONG ITS EASTERN LINE ("PROPERTY").
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: TWO HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY EIGHT DOLLARS AND SEVENTY NINE CENTS ($260,538.79) DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
