By virtue of and in obedience to a directed to me by the Honorable ASCENSION 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: Friday, March 13, 2026, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at Governmental Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, LA 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, JULY 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM, to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
ONE (1) CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF GROUND, TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATED IN SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 9 SOUTH, RANGE 3 EAST, SOUTHEASTERN LAND DISTRICT, EAST OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER, IN THAT SUBDIVISION OF THE PARISH OF ASCENSION, STATE OF LOUISIANA, KNOWN AS CREEKSIDE SUBDIVISION, FIRST FILING, AND BEING DESIGNATED AS LOT 33 ON THE OFFICIAL SUBDIVISION MAP PREPARED BY GWS ENGINEERING, INC., DATED 09-06-06, ON FILE AND OF RECORD AS FILE NUMBER 649688 IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK AND RECORDER FOR SAID PARISH AND STATE, SAID SUBDIVISION, SAID LOT HAVING SUCH MEASUREMENTS AND DIMENSIONS ALONG SUCH BEARINGS AND BEING SUBJECT TO SUCH SERVITUDES, BUILDING LINES, DEDICATIONS, AND RESTRICTIONS AS SHOWN ON SAID MAP. And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: NINETY FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FOURTEEN DOLLARS AND THIRTY NINE CENTS ($94,514.39) DOLLARS along with interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
