ONE (1) CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF GROUND, TOGETHER WITH ALL THE BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATED IN THAT SUBDIVISION OF THE PARISH OF ASCENSION, STATE OF LOUISIANA, KNOWN AS HARBOR CROSSING (FORMERLY THE CROSSING), AND BEING DESIGNATED ON THE OFFICIAL SUBDIVISION MAP, ON FILE AND OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK AND RECORDER FOR SAID PARISH AND STATE, AS LOT NUMBER FIFTY-NINE (59), SAID SUBDIVISION, SAID LOT HAVING SUCH MEASUREMENTS AND DIMENSIONS AS SHOWN ON SAID MAP.

And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: TWO HUNDRED FORTY THREE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FORTY DOLLARS AND FORTY FOUR CENTS ($243,340.44) DOLLARS along with interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
