TWO CERTAIN LOTS OF GROUND, SITUATED IN THE PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, ON THE RIGHT BANK OF BAYOU LAFOURCHE, ABOUT FIVE (5) MILES BELOW THE CITY OF THIBODAUX, AND ABOVE AND NEAR LAFOURCHE CROSSING, BEING LOT SEVEN (7) AND EIGHT (8) ON A PLAN OF SUBDIVISION ON LAND OF THE YOUNG MEN'S REFORM BENEVOLENT ASSOCIATION OF LAFOURCHE CROSSING, MADE BY ROBERT PORTER, DATED JUNE 12, 1910, ANNEXED TO AND MADE A PART OF AN ACT OF SALE AND MORTGAGE PASSED BEFORE H.N. COULON, NOTARY PUBLIC, PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, DATED JANUARY 14, 1911, WHEREIN THE ASSOCIATION O REFERRED TO ABOVE SOLD LOTS ONE (1) AND TWO (2) OF SAID PLAN TO MARTHA PARKER, LOTS SEVEN (7) AND EIGHT (8) MEASURE EACH FIFTY-TWO (52') FEET FRONT ON ROAD OR LAND SET ASIDE AND DEDICATED BY THE ASSOCIATION REFERRED TO ABOVE FOR THE USE OF THE ELEVEN (11) LOTS DESCRIBED IN AND SHOWN ON THE AFOREMENTIONED PLAN, THE SAID ROAD OR LANE BEING MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN THE ACT OF SALE AND MORTGAGE, DATED JANUARY 14, 1911, REFERRED TO ABOVE; SAID LOTS EACH HAVE A DEPTH WEST TO EAST OF EIGHTY-SIX (86') FEET, MORE OR LESS, BOUNDED ABOVE OR WEST BY SAID ROAD OR LANE, NORTH BY LOT SIX (6) OF SAID PLAN, WEST OR BELOW BY THE LANDS OF BAZILE JOUCLA, NOW OR FORMERLY, AND SOUTH BY LOT NINE (9) OF SAID PLAN; TOGETHER WITH ALL THE BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON AND ALL RIGHTS, WAYS, PRIVILEGES AND SERVITUDES THEREUNTO BELONGING OR IN ANYWISE APPERTAINING.
LESS AND EXCEPT FROM THE FOREGOING DESCRIPTION, THE NORTH TWENTY-FIVE (25') FEET OF LOT SEVEN (7), SOLD TO ROLAND A. THIBODAUX, SR., BY ACT OF SALE DATED DECEMBER
2, 1966, RECORDED IN COB 361, PAGE 436, CONVEYANCE RECORDS OF THE PARISH OF LAFOURCHE.
ALSO, AN ADDITIONAL THREE (3') FEET MORE OR LESS ON THE SOUTHWEST SIDE OF THE PROPERTY CONVEYED HEREIN, BEING THREE (3') FEET MORE OR LESS FRONT ON THE LANE, BY A DEPTH OF EIGHT-SIX (86') FEET MORE OR LESS, SAID ADDITIONAL STRIP BEING A PORTION OF LOT NINE (9) AS SHOWN ON THE PLAN SUBDIVISION OF THE YOUNG MEN'S REFORM BENEVOLENT ASSOCIATION OF LAFOURCHE CROSSING, REFERRED TO ABOVE.

A CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, SITUATED IN THE PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, ON THE RIGHT BANK OF BAYOU LAFOURCHE, AT ABOVE FIVE (5) MILES BELOW THE CITY OF THIBODAUX, ABOVE AND NEAR LAFOURCHE CROSSING, BEING LOT SIX (6) ON A PLAN OF SUBDIVISION OF THE LANDS OF THE YOUNG MEN'S REFORM BENEVOLENT ASSOCIATION, MADE BY ROBERT PORTER, THEN PRESIDENT OF THE ABOVE NAMED ASSOCIATION, AND DATED JUNE 12TH, 1910, ANNEXED TO AND MADE PART OF A CERTAIN ACT OF SALE AND MORTGAGE PASSED BEFORE H. N. COULON, THEN A NOTARY OF THE PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, OF DATE JANUARY 14TH, 1911, WHEREBY THE SAID ASSOCIATION SOLD LOTS ONE (1) AND TWO (2) OF SAID PLAN TO MARTHA PARKER; WHICH SAID LOT OF GROUND PRESENTLY SOLD MEASURES FIFTY-TWO (52') FEET FRONT ON ITS WESTERN LINE ON A ROAD DESCRIBED IN AND SHOWN ON THE ABOVEMENTIONED PLAN, THE SAID ROAD OR LANE BEING MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN SAID ACT OF SALE AND MORTGAGE OF DATE JANUARY 14TH, 1911, HEREINABOVE MENTIONED AND TO WHICH SPECIAL REFERENCE IS HEREBY MADE, BY A DEPTH FROM WEST TO EAST OF EIGHT-SIX (86') FEET, MORE OR LESS, BOUNDED ABOVE OR WEST BY SAID ROAD OR LANE, NORTH BY LOT FIVE (5) ON SAID PLAN, BELONGING TO ARTHUR HEBERT, NOW OR FORMERLY, WEST OR BELOW BY LAND OF BAZILLE JOUCIA, NOW OR FORMERLY, AND SOUTH BY LOT SEVEN (7) ON SAID PLAN, BELONGING TO MRS. And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $85403.44 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
