APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 95051 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 13th day of February 2026 River Currents, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company of Reno, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion, manner and place of use of 0.143 c.f.s., 26 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 73822. Water will be diverted from the Truckee River at a point located within the SE1/4 NW1/4 of Section 13, T19N, R18E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NE corner of said Section 13 bears N 51 degrees 02 minutes 29 seconds E, a distance of 4,074.18 feet (approx. 0.20 miles W from the intersection of Leroy St. and Burks Blvd., Reno, NV). Water will be used for quasi-municipal purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing points of diversion were located as follows: 1. Steamboat Canal (Hunter Creek Reservoir); 2. Highland Ditch (Highland Reservoir); 3. Idlewild Treatment Plant; 4. North Truckee Ditch (Glendale Treatment Plant); 5. Orr Ditch Pump Station (Chalk Bluff Treatment Plant); 6. Orr Ditch (Chalk Bluff Treatment Plant) and 7. Washoe County (Hidden Valley Induction Well #4).
