NOTICE OF HEARINGS
Pursuant to Indiana Code § 20-26-7-37 and Indiana Code § 6-1.1-20-3.1, notice is hereby given that the Board of School Trustees (the "Board") of the Wes-Del Community Schools (the "School Corporation") will meet at 6:00 p.m. on June 10, 2026, at the School Corporation's Central Office Board Room, 10290 North County Road 600 West, Gaston, Indiana, and at 6:00 p.m. on July 8, 2026, at the School Corporation's Central Office Board Room, 10290 North County Road 600 West, Gaston, Indiana to hold public hearings. On June 10, 2026, the Board will hold a public hearing to discuss and hear objections and support regarding the renovation of and improvements to school facilities, including wastewater connection to the Town of Gaston and construction of wastewater facility, site improvements, deferred maintenance improvements and the purchase of vehicles, equipment and technology (collectively, the "Project"). On July 8, 2026, the Board will hold a second public hearing to discuss and hear objections and support regarding the proposed Project and will also consider the adoption of a resolution making a preliminary determination to enter into a Lease Agreement relating to the Project and/or to issue bonds to finance the Project. The meetings will also be available to stream live from https://www.youtube.com/@WesDelCommunitySchools. You are invited to attend and participate in the public hearings.
