According to our records you are the owner of the property located at 701 DICKERSON PIKE 37207 as of record in Instrument # DB 00000000 0000000, R.O.D.C., TN.
A preliminary investigation was made by a Metropolitan Property Standards Inspector in accordance with the provisions of the Metropolitan Property Standards Code enacted by the Metropolitan Council as Ordinance No. BL 2001 585. The investigation made on April 10, 2026, revealed that the structure located thereon appears to be unfit for human habitation because of existing conditions which do not comply with the Metropolitan Property Standards Code and which are therefore dangerous and injurious to the health, safety, and morals of the occupants of said structure or the occupants of neighboring structures, and other residents of Metropolitan Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee.
The Metropolitan Property Standards Inspector who investigated your property has prepared an inspection report and it is requested that you appear for a hearing before the Director or his designated agent regarding this report at 8:30a.m. on June 24, 2026, in the Metro Office Building, 800 President Ronald Reagan Way, 3rd Floor. You and/or parties in interest may file an answer to this complaint and you may appear in person, or otherwise, to offer your testimony or the testimony of your witnesses in opposition to the inspector’s report at the above mentioned time and date.
In the event that neither you nor your representative appears for the hearing before the Director, or his designated agent, at the time scheduled above for such hearing, the decision of the Director, or his designated agent, in this matter shall be final if not appealed within twenty (20) days pursuant to the Metro Code Section 16.24.580.
The conditions existing in the above located structure which violate the Metropolitan Property Standards Code and the bases for such charges are attached.
