NOTICE OF SPECIAL PRIMARY ELECTION   Pursuant to Section 17-15-5, Code of Alabama (1975)   I, Kimberly G. Kervin, Judge of Probate, Autauga County, hereby gives the following proclamation of notice and announcement:   The following Special Primary Election is hereby called in the voting precincts of Congressional Districts 1,2,6, and 7, which are located in Autauga, Baldwin, Barbour, Bibb, Bullock, Butler, Chilton, Choctaw, Clarke, Coffee, Conecuh, Coosa, Covington, Crenshaw, Dale, Dallas, Elmore, Escambia, Geneva, Greene, Hale, Henry, Houston, Jefferson, Lowndes, Macon, Marengo, Mobile, Monroe, Montgomery, Perry, Pickens, Pike, Russell, Shelby, Sumter, Talladega, Tuscaloosa, Washington, and Wilcox Counties, Alabama. The Special Election is called pursuant to Act 2026-612 and other applicable provisions of the Constitution and laws of the State of Alabama, in the manner and form provided for by law.   A Special Primary Election in Autauga County shall be held on TUESDAY, AUGUST 11, 2026.
