For additional information, please contact us via email at bid.info@woolpert.com.   The work involved will include the following: The Work includes the design and construction of a Snow Removal Equipment (SRE) Storage Building at Virgil I. Grissom Memorial Airport (BFR). A fully designed, stamped civil/site construction plans for the proposed building and adjacent asphalt driveway will be provided, along with 30 percent schematic architectural drawings establishing design intent. The Contractor shall furnish a complete prefabricated building system and shall be responsible for completing the final building design based on the schematic drawings, including preparation of structural and foundation plans sealed by a licensed Professional Engineer. The Contractor shall construct the facility in accordance with the approved engineered design and Contract Documents, coordinate all building components with site conditions and utilities, submit required shop drawings and structural calculations for review, comply with all applicable federal, state, and local codes and regulations, and deliver a complete and fully operational facility.Bid Bond guarantee will be required with each bid as a certified check on a solvent bank or a Bid Bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the total amount of the bid, made payable to the Lawrence County Board of Aviation Commissioners.   A voluntary pre-bid conference for this project will be held on Monday, June 8, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, in Terminal Building at Virgil I Grissom Memorial Airport, 3213 Tunnleton Rd, Bedford, IN 47421.
