U, as shown on “Plotting of Pocono Farms, Inc., Coolbaugh Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania, made by Bellante and Clauss”, recorded in the Office for the Recording of Deeds, at Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, in and for the County of Monroe, in Plot Book No. 16, Page 47, were combined in “Minor Subdivision Plan of Lots 7712 and 7714, Sec U, Pocono Farms”, Coolbaugh Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania prepared by Brian D. Courtright, P.L.S. by Plan dated January 09, 1997 and approved by Coolbaugh Township Board of Supervisors on February 04, 1998, and recorded in Monroe County Plat Book 69, Page 14, and described as follows:

Beginning at an iron pin found on the Westerly sideline of a 50 foot wide road known as Black Foot, said iron pine being the Northeast corner of Lot 7714, Section U, Pocono Farms, thence; South 11 degrees 37 minutes 41 seconds West, along the Westerly sideline of said Black Foot Lane, passing an iron pin set at 100.00 feet, a distance of 200.00 feet to an iron pin set, thence; North 78 degrees 22 minutes 19 seconds West, along with Lot No. 7716, Section U, Pocono Farms, a distance of 125.00 feet to an iron pin found thence; North 11 degrees 37 minutes 41 seconds East along Lots 7208, 7207 and 7206, Section K, Pocono Farms passing an iron pin set at 100.00 feet, a distance of 200.00 feet, thence, South 78 degrees 22 minutes 19 seconds East, along Lot 7710, Section U, Pocono Farms, a distance of 125.00 feet to the point and place of beginning.
