NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L Ch 40A, Section 11, and Chapter 173, Section 47 of the Northbridge Zoning By-laws, the Northbridge Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 11, 2026 at 7:05 P.M. at the Municipal Offices, 1679 Providence Road, Northbridge, MA to consider the application of Leanne Espinosa, 2.5 Burdon Road, Sutton, MA for a Special Permit (02-SP-26) pursuant to Article IX Sections 173-30 & 173-33. The applicant is proposing the conversion of a non-conforming single-family residence into five residential units without expanding the footprint. The property is located at 128 Linwood Avenue, Whitinsville, MA 01588 and is shown on Assessor’s Map 5 as Parcel 63. The property is located in the Business Two Zoning District and is owned by Eyiogbe, LLC, 2 Burdon Street, Sutton, MA 01590. The purpose of this hearing is to provide an opportunity for public comment. Anyone wishing to be heard regarding this matter should attend said meeting at the time and place designated.
