TREE REMOVAL HEARING LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF BREWSTER TREE WARDEN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING   In accordance with the provisions of MGL Ch. 87, “Shade Trees,” the Brewster Tree Warden will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 8, 2026, beginning no earlier than 2:00 PM at the Brewster Town Office Building, 2198 Main Street, Brewster, MA 02631. The Applicant, Eastward Companies, has proposed removal of one (1) tree at 958 Long Pond Road shown on Tax Map 85 Parcel 37, which falls within or along the limits of Long Pond Road (Route 137), a town way. The tree proposed for removal has been marked and posted in the field.   Written comments may be submitted to the Brewster Tree Warden in advance of the hearing at the address provided above or by email to jsargent@brewster-ma.gov.
