BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy an WRIT OF FIERI FACIAS issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 24th day of June, 2026 the following property to-wit :
A certain tract of land located in the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 16, Township 1 North - Range 1 West, Rapides Parish, Louisiana, including all buildings and improvements located thereon, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at a 5/8" rod found at the North 1/4 corner of Section 16, T1N-R1W, from the POINT OF BEGINNING thus established, thence bear S 87°59'34" E along the line of common to Sections 9 and 16 for 771.55' to a 1/2" rod found, thence bear S 00°06'18" W along the West right of way of N. Strange Road for 522.79' to a 1/2" rod found, thence bear S 88°33'31" W for 342.85' to a 1/2" rod found, thence bear S 87°37'26" W for 140.70' to a 1/2" rod round, thence bear N 0°49'25" W for 61.20' to a 1/2" rod found, thence bear N 88°31'00" W for 201.60' to a 1/2" rod set, thence bear N 89°17'47" W for 66.82' to a 1/2" rod found, thence bear N 89°18'11" W for 21.73' to a 1/2" rod set, thence bear N 00°16'22" E for 488.52' to a 1/2" rod found, thence bear N 12°30'30" E for 8.47' back to the POINT OF BEGINNING
The aforementioned closed traverse contains 9.263 Acres, more or less in the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 16, T1N-R1W, Rapides Parish, Louisiana. All of which is more completely, fully, and accurately shown on that plat of survey by Stephen Barrett Gremillion dated October 14, 2008, and attached to that Act of Correction by Authentic Act, by and between Robert E. Maloney and Myra Maloney and Jamile Hayden Maloney, dated January 27, 2008, filed under Instrument Number 1389832 on February 6, 2009, and recorded in Conveyance Book 1831, Page 538.
