12350020 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING   Notice is hereby given that the following recommendation has been made to the City Council by the Alexandria Zoning Commission and was introduced at May 19, 2026 and laid over for publication of notice, to wit:   1) AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE REAR PORTION OF LOTS 12, 13, AND 14 LOCATED AT 1305, 1307 AND 1311 DAWKINS STREET, ALEXANDRIA, LOUISIANA FROM A SF-2 (SINGLE FAMILY) TO A B-3 (GENERAL BUSINESS) AND OTHER MATTERS WITH RESPECT THERETO.   Public hearing, prior to final adoption of the above recommendation will be held by the Alexandria City Council on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at 5:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers at City Hall.   Citizens interested in the adoption of the above recommendations as well as those opposed thereto, are notified to appear at said meeting.   /s/ Donna Jones, MMC City Clerk
