APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 95099 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 17th day of March 2026 State of Nevada, Department of Transportation of Carson City, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the place of use and manner of use of 0.037 c.f.s., 3.88 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Claim 271 of the Orr Ditch Decree. Water will be diverted from the Truckee River at a point located within the NE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 17, T19N, R19E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SW corner of said Section 17 bears S 44 degrees 40 minutes W, a distance of 3,211 feet (Orr Ditch).
