Reissue of advertisement correcting small error
The City of Ormond Beach seeks a firm for the evaluation of the existing and implementation of the recommended upgrades for the City's Data Center and assist the City in these efforts. Upon selection, the City will enter into a contract with the vendor for the data center upgrades and ongoing data center support.

Responses will be received at the Office of the Purchasing Coordinator, City Hall, Ormond Beach, Florida, until June 3, 2026 at 2:00 PM, at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Training Room located in the breezeway between City Hall and the Public Library. Responses received after the above time and date will be returned unopened.
The deadline for submitting questions is May 20, 2026, at 4:00 PM Questions received after that time will not be responded to.
