By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Owen County, Indiana, in cause No. 60C02-2410-MF-000641, wherein NewRez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing was Plaintiff, and Scott A. Byerly, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC, Cavalry SPV I, LLC as assignee of Citibank, N.A., Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC, Westlake Services, LLC dba Westlake Financial Services, State of Indiana, Department of Revenue, Single Play, LLC and LVNV Funding LLC were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in the said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 14th day of July, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time of said day, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Owen County, Indiana:
