ADM Terminal Services (with corporate offices at 4666 Faries Parkway, Decatur, IL 62525) is submitting a Notice of Intent Renewal letter for our facility (2730 Dixie Flyer Rd, Evansville, IN 47712) to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-6 to discharge storm water exposed to industrial activities. Runoff from the facility will only be discharged to the Ohio River if the water level is such that the river comes into contact with retention pond at the facility. The retention pond will hold the stormwater on every other occasion.
