NOTICE OF TAX COLLECTION   The 2026-2027 Tax Roll of the Village of Manchester, Ontario County, New York was delivered to me on the 18th day of May 2026.   LEGAL NOTICE IS GIVEN that collection on the above taxes will be received without penalty from June 1st to July 1st, 2026. I will receive taxes at the Village Office, 8 Clifton Street, Manchester, daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, except holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. After July 1st, 2026, payment must include added penalty in accordance with the required NYS payment and penalty schedule that appears on each tax bill.   The total amount of local assistance to be received from the State of New York by the above village during the fiscal year ending May 31, 2027 is approximately $11,000.00   Dated: May 19, 2026 Rita J.
