There will be a public bid opening. At this time electronic submittals will not be accepted. All bids received will be evaluated by the Mescalero Apache Tribe. Once bids are evaluated the successful bidder will be notified.   Project Description: The project consists of reconstruction of approximately 1.228 miles of Nogal Canyon Road, and the project will include 5” of aggregate basecourse for the Base Bid, 2.5” hot mix asphalt over 5” of aggregate base course, signing and striping, for the Additive Alternate #1 Last Day for Questions: June 5, 2026, at 5:00 pm is the last date and time for written questions.
