ADMINISTRATION AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
CITY OF ALICE, TEXAS
RFP 2026-002
The City of Alice, Texas, is seeking to enter into a professional services contract with a qualified and experienced administration/management firm or professional service provider to assist the City with grant writing, grant application preparation, project coordination, and overall grant administration services associated with House Bill 500 funding in coordination with the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) Water Supply and Infrastructure Program. Services may include, but are not limited to, project development, funding coordination, environmental and regulatory compliance assistance, reporting, procurement support, and overall grant management for eligible water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including water supply planning, water supply improvements, water distribution systems, water treatment facilities, wastewater systems, and water reuse projects. The selected firm shall demonstrate experience with state and federally funded infrastructure programs, including compliance with applicable TWDB requirements, procurement standards, and reporting procedures.

The City of Alice reserves the right to negotiate with any and all proposers, as per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards.
