LEGAL NOTICE The Worthington Township Board of Trustees will be accepting SEALED BIDS for materials for application by Township Board Crews as listed below: ASPHALT BIDS shall be for 448 Type 1 with rap or comparable material. Bids should be based on a quantity of approximately 1,000 tons F.O.B. supplies plant. A 5% Bid Bond or Certified Check shall accompany all bids. All bids shall be opened at 6:10 PM during a regular meeting of the Worthington Township Board of Trustees on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at the New Township Board of Trustees office at 21 Traxler Street; Butler, OH. All Bid Envelopes shall be clearly marked: Asphalt Bid on the outside of the envelope. The Worthington Township Board of Trustees reserve the right to accept or reject any or all Bids.
