shall be for not less than two thirds (2/3) of the difference between the value of the real
estate, as appraised, and the amount remaining on the mortgage of Freedom Mortgage Corporation.

Second Sale – If the property does not sell at the first auction, a second sale of this property will be held on July 17th, 2026.
