The following Ordinances were passed by Mansfield City Council on May 19th, 2026. The full text of such ordinances may be viewed in the office of the Clerk of Council.  Ordinance #26-096 ACCEPTING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF MANSFIELD, OHIO, PURSUANT TO AN ANNEXATION PETITION FILED WITH AND GRANTED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF RICHLAND COUNTY, OHIO, AS PROVIDED FOR IN OHIO REVISED CODE SECTION 709.023, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.  Ordinance #26-097 Amending the Zoning Districts Map of the City of Mansfield, Ohio (Ordinance #04-208) to rezone 15 parcels located at and around 2011 Lucas Road, Mansfield, Ohio from Zoning Classification: Madison Township Zoning, Industrial District, to the City of Mansfield B-2, General Business District Classification, and Zoning Classification: Mifflin Township R-1, Residential District, to the City of Mansfield B-2, General Business District Classification, to be effective upon annexation of said parcels to the City, and declaring an emergency.  Ordinance #26-099 Granting a license to Ben Schrock, of 2991 County Road, 529, Loudonville, Ohio 44842, to tap into the City water and sanitary sewer systems at his own expense and declaring an emergency.
