HEARING NOTICE   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Dublin Borough Zoning Hearing Board will hold a hearing on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Dublin Borough Building, 119 Maple Avenue, Dublin, Pennsylvania 18917, to hear the application of: Dublin Town Center V, LP, which requests a variance from Sections 27-701.7 and 8 of the Dublin Borough Zoning Ordinance to permit covered decks to encroach 12 ft. into the required 35 ft. rear yard setback for any and all of the proposed 53 single family homes and 14 twin homes on the property. The subject property is known as the Moyer Farm property located at the corner of Rickert Road and Main Street (Parcel No. 10-2-33) in the PVD – Planned Village Development Zoning District of the Borough. The Board will also consider any other business that comes before it in due course. All interested par-ties may attend this hearing and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
