LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the South Londonderry Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on June 9, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. to receive public comment and to consider and possibly adopt an ordinance, of which this notice is a summary, amending the South Londonderry Township Zoning Ordinance of 2024 by providing for the regulation of data centers as a conditional use in the light industrial (LI) zone, adding definitions, and establishing standards for data center and data center accessory uses within the Township. The title of the proposed ordinance is the following:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH LONDONDERRY, LEBANON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING THE SOUTH LONDONDERRY TOWNSHIP ZONING ORDINANCE OF 2024 (ORDINANCE NO. 226, ADOPTED APRIL 24, 2024) TO PROVIDE FOR THE REGULATION OF DATA CENTERS AS A CONDITIONAL USE IN THE LIGHT INDUSTRIAL (LI) ZONE, TO ADD DEFINITIONS, AND TO ESTABLISH STANDARDS FOR DATA CENTER AND DATA CENTER ACCESSORY USES.
The Board’s public hearing on this ordinance is scheduled for June 9, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the South Londonderry Township Municipal Building, 27 West Market Street, Palmyra, PA. Copies of the full text of the proposed ordinance are available at the Township offices, the Lebanon County Law Library, and the offices of this newspaper during normal business hours. All interested parties are invited to attend this public hearing and meeting. The Township Supervisors shall consider enactment of this proposed ordinance and may enact the same immediately after the above-referenced public hearing.
