Pemberton dated April 27, 2021, and recorded in the Providence, Rhode Island land evidence records in Book 13111, Page 136 conditions of said mortgage having been broken. Said sale will be subject to court approval. Cash, or certified or bank check in the amount of $10,000.00 is required to bid. The Mortgagee shall not be required to pay the deposit to bid.
