Notice is hereby given that the Fall River Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 5:30 P.M. in the First Floor Hearing Room, One Government Center, Fall River, MA, to consider the following matters: PROPOSED ZONING MAP AMMENDMENT Discuss and make recommendations to the Fall River City Council regarding the expansion of the Housing Development Overlay District (HD-1 Overlay District) as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of the intersection of Middle and South Main Streets; Thence easterly along Middle Street to the east side of Second Street; Thence northerly along Second Street to the north side of Lyon Street; Thence easterly along Lyon Street to the east side of Plymouth Avenue; Thence northerly along Plymouth Avenue to the projection of the south side of Hartwell Street; Thence northerly along Hartwell Street to Morgan Street; Thence westerly along Morgan Street to South Main Street; Thence southerly along South Main Street to the point of beginning. Containing approximately 70 Acres of land. Referred to the Planning Board by City Council on April 28, 2026.
