19-23 Granite Street (2 Adams Place): Site Plan Review
Notice is given by the Planning Board under the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A Sections 9 and 11 and the Braintree Zoning Ordinance Chapter 135 Articles VI, VII, VIII, XI and XIV that a Public Hearing will be conducted on Tuesday June 9, 2026 at 7:15 P.M. in Braintree Town Hall. The Planning Board will consider an Application for Site Plan Review filed by Atlanta Real Estate Holdings L.L.C., Applicant. The Applicant is seeking to demolish the existing office building and construct a 168,215+/- sq.ft. four-story motor vehicle dealership building and a 1,248+/- sq.ft car wash with interior and surface parking, drainage, utilities, lighting, landscaping, and sidewalk improvements.
The property is located at 19-23 Granite Street (2 Adams Place), Zoned Highway Business District and partially in the Flood Protection Overlay District, as shown on Assessors Map 2057, Plots 17 and 19. The property is split between Braintree and Quincy. The total lot size is 220,781 sq.ft., with 163,844 sq.ft. located in Braintree.
