In accordance with the Town of Charlton Zoning By-Laws, you are hereby being notified of a Public Hearing on: Tuesday, June 30, 2026.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That Jennifer Bergeron, petitioner for the property located at 5 Robert Blvd., Charlton, MA, Assessors Map 73B, Block D, Lot 2, has applied to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a Special Permit/Variance of the Town of Charlton Zoning Ordinance.
Presently located on the premises is a single-family home and is zoned Agricultural. The petitioner seeks to extend a nonconforming deck to the pre-existing house.
The petitioner seeks to Appeal the Building Commissioner/Zoning Enforcement Officers order dated April 16, 2026.
A meeting will be held on this Appeal at the Town of Charlton – Municipal Building, Meeting Room 1, 37 Main St., Charlton, MA on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. The public hearing will allow you to be heard relative to the approval of this application.
