TOWNSHIP OF PARSIPPANY-TROY HILLS
PLANNING BOARD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, June 15, 2026 at 7:30 PM., at the Municipal Building located at 1001 Parsippany Blvd., Parsippany, New Jersey, the Planning Board of the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills ("Planning Board") will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on the application of NB Home Improvements, LLC ("Applicant") for Preliminary and Final Major Subdivision, in connection with the property located at 101 Intervale Road, Parsippany-Troy Hills, New Jersey, formally identified as Block 429 Lots 45 & 46, on the Tax Maps of the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills (referenced as the "Property" or the "Site").
The Site is currently improved with 2 existing single-family dwellings and is situated within the Township's R-3 (Residential District) Zone which permits the proposed use of single-family residential. The Applicant proposes to subdivide Lot 45, into six (6) separate lots with a single-family dwelling on five (5) of the proposed lots. Lot 46 is not being subdivided. The existing dwellings on Lots 45 and 46 will remain.
The Applicant further seeks any additional deviations, variances, waivers, exceptions, interpretations, modifications of conditions of prior approvals, continuation of any preexisting nonconforming conditions and other approvals reflected on the filed plans (as same may be further amended or revised from time to time without further notice) and/or relief that may be determined to be necessary during the review and processing of the application and/or based upon an analysis of the plans and testimony at the PUBLIC HEARING on the Application.
The application materials, plans, and related documents are on file with the Township's administrative officer and available for public inspection in the Office of the Planning Board, Municipal Building, 1001 Parsippany Boulevard, Parsippany, New Jersey, during regular office hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) Monday through Friday.
