General Notice
Village of Sugarcreek (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
Maple & Church St. Water
& Storm Sewer
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received by Village of Sugarcreek until Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at 10:00 am local time. At that time the Bids received will be read. This will be a Virtual Bid Letting only and bids will only be accepted when submitted through Quest CDN. Call-in information for the Bid Opening will be provided in an addendum.
The Project includes the following Work:
930 LF of C909 PVC watermain to be installed with 5 connections to existing watermains, and 4 tapping sleeves and valves. 1,040 LF of storm sewer conduit with 9 catch basins installed, full-depth pavement replacement on Maple Street from S. Broadway Street to Factory Street.
Engineer’s estimate of costs: $732,536.00

For this project, bids will ONLY be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN.com. To access the electronic bid form, download the project documents and click on the online bid button on the bid posting page. Prospective bidders must be on the Planholder list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted.
You must download the Contract Documents from Quest CDN to bid on the project, to be included on the Planholder’s list, and to receive Addenda. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring all addendums have been received and acknowledged prior to submittal of the bid.
Instructions to Bidders.
This project is funded in part by the Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC).
Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code.
The Ohio Prevailing Wage Law (ORC Chapter 4115) applies to this project.
Contractor compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123 is required.
All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project shall, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of this project.
