High St., Columbus, OH 43215, seeking foreclosure of its lien interest in the real property located at 3334 Trail Lane Ct., Columbus, OH 43231, Parcel No. 600-153598-00; seeking a monetary judgment against the real property plus all interest, fees, costs, assessments, and any other equitable relief; and for the real property to be sold and to apply the proceeds to these claims. The Defendants are required to answer the Defendant’s Counterclaim, Crossclaim, and Third-Party Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
