Heirs and Devisees of Phillip G Ramey, whose last known address is 1277 Coe Drive Columbus, OH 43207 but whose current address is unknown, are hereby notified that a complaint was filed in the Franktin County Municipat Court, 375 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215 alleging that Heirs and Devisees of Phillip G Ramey are the owners of the premises known as 1277 Coe Dr Columbus, OH 43207, parcel number 010-128820 00; that said premises is a public nuisance; wherefore Plaintiff demands that the premises located at 1277 Coe Dr Columbus, OH 43207 be declared a public nuisance, an injunction, that if the defendants and any successors in interest or titte fail to abate the nuisance, then plaintiff may abate the nuisance, that the defendants be made jointly and severally liable for the costs to plaintiff for abating the nuisance, a receiver be appointed, costs, attorney fees, and such further equitabte and other relief as the Court determines Ptaintiff to be entitted.
Defendants are further notified that a Status Conference has been scheduted for June 8th, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. in the Franklin County Municipal Court, Environmental Division, Courtroom 15A, 375 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215.
