HEARING TO AMEND LAKE LEVEL ORDER
A petition dated March 25, 2026 was filed with the Branch County Circuit Court to amend the lake level order for the Coldwater-Marble Lake Chain (including Coldwater Lake, Long Lake, Mud Lake, Bartholomew Lake, Middle Lake, and Marble Lake) located in Algansee Township, Kinderhook Township, Ovid Township, and Quincy Township, Branch County, Michigan. The Branch County Circuit Court will review the petition on the date, time, and location below to receive evidence to amend the lake level order for the Coldwater-Marble Lake Chain consistent with the provisions of MCL 324.30707.

HEARING PARTICIPATION
Property owners may submit written testimony and provide evidence regarding the petition and this matter in advance of the Circuit Court hearing. Property owners may also attend the Circuit Court hearing in-person on the above date, time, and location to provide oral testimony and/or evidence to the Court.
