NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the final judgment of foreclosure entered on May 15, 2026 in Case No. CC25-1211 of the Circuit Court of the Seventh Judicial Circuit in and for St. Johns County, Florida, in which ST. AUGUSTINE SHORES SERVICE CORPORATION., is Plaintiff, and DAVID REINIER PAINTING, LLC is Defendant, I, the St. Johns County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at: https://www.saintjohns.realforeclose.com at the hour of 12:00 p.m. on the 18th day of June 2026,
