NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PROPOSED ADOPTION OF THE SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT FEE ANALYSIS Notice is hereby given that the Bessemer City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 8, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Bessemer City Hall, located at 132 W. Virginia Avenue, Bessemer City, North Carolina, to consider the adoption of a proposed System Development Fee Analysis. Pursuant to the requirements of N.C.G.S. § 162A-209, the proposed System Development Fee Analysis has been made available for public review and comment. All interested or affected parties are invited to attend and present evidence or testimony either in favor of or in opposition to the proposed analysis and adoption thereof. A copy of the proposed System Development Fee Analysis has been available for public inspection on the city’s website since April 24, 2026.
