No submitter may withdraw his RFP for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for submission. All RFPs shall be made and presented in the form requested by the District. One original copy and one digital copy must be submitted. All contracts entered into as a result of this RFP will be contingent upon funding and may be canceled by the District by providing notice to the vendor no less than 30 days prior to the renewal date of the contract.
