defendants, that this case has been commenced in this Court against you and other defendants, asking for the foreclosure of a certain Mortgage conveying the premises described as follows, to wit:
A PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 16, IN ELMWOOD TOWNSHIP, TOWNSHIP 9 NORTH, RANGE 5 EAST OF THE FOURTH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, MORE PARTICULARLY BOUNDED AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT: COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SAID NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SAID SECTION 16; AND, RUNNING THENCE NORTH 45 RODS; TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE TRACT TO BE DESCRIBED: FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING, RUNNING THENCE EAST 50 RODS; THENCE NORTH 15 RODS; THENCE WEST 4 RODS; THENCE NORTH 10 RODS; THENCE WEST 46 RODS TO THE WEST LINE OF THE SAID NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SAID SECTION 16; AND THENCE SOUTH 25 RODS TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, EXCEPT ANY INTEREST IN THE COAL, OIL, GAS AND OTHER MINERALS UNDERLYING THE LAND WHICH HAVE BEEN HERETOFORE CONVEYED OR RESERVED IN PRIOR CONVEYANCES, AND ALL RIGHTS AND EASEMENTS IN FAVOR OF THE ESTATE OF SAID COAL, OIL, GAS AND OTHER MINERALS, IF ANY, SITUATED IN PEORIA COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
