In accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A, Section 11, the Quincy Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at or after 6:00 PM, in the 1st Floor Boards and Commissions Room, Old Town Hall, 1305 Hancock Street, Quincy, MA, on the application of Atlantic 1600 Crown Realty LLC, 205 Newbury Street, Framingham, MA 01701, for Certificate of Consistency under the Sections 8.5, 9.3.3, and 10 of the City of Quincy Zoning Ordinance. The Applicant proposes the construction of five (5) six-story 55+ residential buildings consisting of three hundred fifteen units (315) along with five hundred sixty-seven (567) parking spaces. The proposal will also include a resident clubhouse building with outdoor amenity space and professionally designed drainage controls and landscaping. The property contains 15.0 +/- acres of land and is located at 1600 Crown Colony Drive. The subject property is located within the Industrial B/Transit Oriented District zoning district and is shown on Assessors Map 4032, Lot 17, Plot 14.
A copy of the Applicant’s plans may be examined at the Department of Planning and Community Development, Quincy City Hall, 34 Coddington Street, 3rd Floor, Quincy, Monday through Friday during regular working hours 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
